There's two male ghosts, one of them more loud and more low pitched than second. They sing along some song without words and screams, they're just wail and howl. Over 5 minutes of background noise from a well-known new york city diner, including people talking, clanging plates and glasses and forks and knives and cups being cleared away by staff, and in the second half of the clip, radio ads playing faintly in the background. But crucially, no music is playing. This means you can either use this clean, or layer in your own rights-cleared music if you're using this in a film or whatever. This is the sound of an slightly old and noisy ceiling fan being switched on, run for a bit, and then turned off. It has been recorded on my cheap android phone in an empty room in mumbai, india. There is some room tone hiss as well mixed in. You can loop the middle part to extend as the drone / rumble is quite steady. Feel free to use as and where you wish.

A small park in higashi-koenji, tokyo at dusk. There are some university aged kids drinking and smoking in the background. I wanted to record the fountain sound as well, but the fountain had already been turned off. You can hear some bird, rustling of the wind in the trees and traffic in the distance. Recorded with a pair of mics at 120 degrees.

During the covid-19 lockdown, i spent some time walking where the city meets a mountain and discovered an area with loud but subtle electric infrastructure wires. These, along with cars, birds, and rustling leaves, are recorded with binaural microphones and cropped down to one minute.

Pure recording of a loud clap of thunder and the subsequent rumble. The initial crack is so loud and close that the recording volume is very low and catches almost no background sounds.
